What it has been asked for

The lowest is shown beside it, dimmed, because the lowest is usually a UK 3 or a UK 13 and reads as a bargain that is not there. Readings marked read live we took ourselves at the same time in the morning; the ones marked from the Internet Archive are older listings recovered from archived pages, which is why they go back further than we do.
