Sneakertime is published from the United Kingdom. Reading it is free and there is nothing to agree to, but if you are going to act on something you read here, these are the things worth knowing.

Everything here is published so you can make up your own mind. None of it is financial advice and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Sneakers are not an investment and we will never tell you a shoe is going to go up in value, because nobody knows that.

Every price here is in pounds and was true at the moment it was taken. The day it was taken is printed beside it. Release dates get pushed, raffles close early, discounts end and resale figures change by the hour. Check the retailer's own page before you spend anything. We are describing a market, not quoting you a price.

We take the readings ourselves, every morning, and we do our best to get them right. We cannot promise every one of them is correct, and we are not liable for a decision you make on the strength of one. If you find a wrong number, tell us and we will fix it.

There is no shop here, no stock, no basket and no payment of any kind. When you buy from a retailer we have linked to, the contract is between you and them, and we are not part of it. We cannot chase an order, refund you or intervene in a dispute.

Nothing on this site is paid for. There are no adverts, no sponsored pieces and no affiliate links, so nobody has paid to be ranked, listed or praised. If that ever changes it will be said plainly, on the page it affects, before you read the page.

Sneakertime is independent and has no connection to Nike, adidas, New Balance, PUMA, ASICS, Reebok, Vans, Converse or any other maker or shop named here. Their names and their shoes are mentioned because we are writing about them, which is what a publication does. Every trade mark belongs to whoever owns it.

A link to a shop is not an endorsement of that shop.

The words, the research, the charts and the design are ours. Quote us, link to us, screenshot a chart and send it to a friend. What we ask is that you credit Sneakertime and link back, and that you do not republish whole pieces or scrape the site wholesale to rebuild it somewhere else.

The photographs are press images belonging to the brands and retailers who issued them, used to illustrate writing about the shoes. They are not ours to license on. If a picture is yours and you want it gone, ask and it goes, no argument.

The site is provided as it is. It is rebuilt every morning by a machine and things do occasionally break. We do not promise it will always be up, always be current or always be perfect, and we are not liable for a loss that follows from it being none of those. Nothing here limits any right you have under UK consumer law, because none of it can.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales are where any dispute about them is settled.

If these terms change, the date below changes with them. There is no account here, so there is nobody to email about it.
